BowTiePasta

This recipe is super easy to whip up on a hot summer night. Grab a rotisserie chicken at the market and you're on your way to a great meal. If you have leftover chicken from the previous night's BBQ, use that--it will be just as good~!

3 cups bow tie pasta, cooked according to package directions
2 Tablespoons butter, no substitutions
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 cup pesto sauce
1/2 cup milk
Lemon wedges and Parmesan cheese, as desired

Heat butter in a large skillet. Ad the chicken and cook until warmed.
Add soup, pesto, and milk. Bring to a full boil. Cook at low for about 10 minutes. Stir in cooked, drained pasta and stir until warmed throughout.
squeeze lemon lightly over top and pass with Parmesan cheese.
