You likely have everything you need on hand.
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.
Start with some bread--stale or fresh and put a stack of 5 slices on your cutting board.
Cut off crusts (toss the crusts into your blender for a whirl and you've got breadcrumbs for another use, another day)
Cut crustless bread into 1 inch cubes.
Toss cubes into a large zippered baggie and add some olive oil. Just enough to lightly coat the bread cubes, remember you can add more if needed. Shake them around. Add oil if needed and shake some more. You don't want them soggy.
Pour the coated cubes onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle with Garlic Salt, Pepper and Parmesan cheese.
Pop into the oven and bake for about 12 to 16 minutes. Watch carefully to avoid burning them.

Allow them to cool briefly, and toss them in your favorite soup or salad. Mmm mmmm.
