Big Bear Bloody Mary Shrimp

While we were on our skiing vacation last week, I came up with this deliciously simple idea for marinating shrimp. Although the kitchen was well stocked, it didn't have a huge variety of spices, just the basics - so I needed to improvise.

I mixed together Spicy Bloody Mary mix, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Green chilies & Onion and added 2 lbs. of fresh shrimp to soak while we spent the day in the snow.

When we returned home, starving, I tossed 1/2 of the shrimp in a skillet with 3 Tablespoons of butter and sauteed for about 5 minutes over medium heat. The other 1/2 I broiled for about 3 minutes total, turning after a minute and a half.
They were all gone in a flash~!
