Currently, it's balsamic vinegar. I can't get enough of it.
I use it when I saute mushrooms, I dip bread in it, I incorporate it into salad dressings...see what I mean?
This tasty salad couldn't be any easier or more delicious. In it I used Tyson chicken strips, but only because I had them and was feeling a little lazy, you could easily use rotisserie or leftover chicken in place of it.

1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey mustard
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 Tablespoons water
1 minced shallot
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
splash or two of cream
8 cups mixed greens, washed well and torn up
1 package TYSON chicken strips
4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup croutons
Whisk together oil, mustard, vinegar, water, shallot, salt & pepper and cream.
Arrange greens and chicken on plates, drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle croutons on top. Serve.
