Easter was a smashing success~ We had roasted turkey, glazed ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, buttered green beans, cranberry sauce, brown sugared carrots, & rolls. Here are a few of my favorite pictures from the day.

Mary painting cooked bacon with chocolate. We made 4 lbs. and not a piece was leftover on Monday. We've decided the chocolate covered bacon would be extra delicious on fresh baked croissants for brunch sometime....I'll let you know soon.
The mini carrot farm--baby carrots, poked in the end with a toothpick to form a small hollow for a sprig of parsley
The "bunny" ranch.
The Chocolate Fudge Cake was fantastic--(bakery bought)
