Sausage Gravy Breakfast Pizza

If you love biscuits and gravy, this breakfast pizza will be right up your alley. It's very adaptable to what your family enjoys and there's very little clean up. Serve with some fresh fruit and your family will feel so special. Check it out~



1 pound Jimmy Dean regular, sage or hot bulk pork sausage
2 T. flour
4 T. milk
4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika, optional
Boboli premade pizza crust

In a skillet, brown sausage; once cooked--stir in 2 Tablespoons flour and 4 Tablespoons milk. Stir constantly and add more milk if necessary to make a smooth gravy. Stir and add pepper.
Spoon onto a BOBOLI pizza crust.
Top with cheddar cheese.
In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Scramble quickly in hot pan-cooking just until set and not runny. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika if desired. Sprinkle/spread over pizza crust/cheese on top of sausage mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.

*You can add onions, peppers, olives, ham, bacon, Canadian bacon...etc to this pizza. It's awesome with whatever you love on it.
