Crab Cups

What is better than cream cheese & crabmeat tucked into a wonton skin and baked until crisp?? Nothing. These are completely addictive and will surely make an appearance at our next party~!

15 wonton wrappers*
Cooking spray
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 small egg
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Johnny's Au Jus sauce or Worcestershire sauce
3 drops hot pepper sauce
4 oz. crabmeat**
1/8 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/8 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Press wonton wrappers into miniature muffin cups coated with cooking spray. Lightly spritz wrappers with cooking spray.
Bake at 350° for 8-9 minutes or until lightly browned.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, cream, egg, mustard, and sauces until smooth.
Stir in the crab, green onions and red pepper. Spoon into wonton cups. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until filling is heated through. Serve warm. Refrigerate any leftovers.

*Wonton wrappers can be found at your market in the refrigerated section--often times, near the cheeses.

**I used fresh crabmeat, because I had some leftover--but canned/drained--or imitation crab would work just fine in this recipe.
