This simple meal is sure to please your crowd every time and the creamy sauce just couldn't be any easier to make. It's fail proof! Check it out.

1 pound pork tenderloin
salt & pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 package (3 ounce) cream cheese, cut into small cubes
1/3 cup milk
1 Tablespoon chopped green onion
Cut tenderloin into 1/2 inch slices. Set oven control to broil. Brush oil over pork. Salt & pepper them to taste. Place pork on broiler pan. Broil for 5 minutes, turn and broil 5 minutes longer.
Meanwhile, melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic in butter for about 2 minutes, stirring often until softened. Reduce heat to low.
Stir cream cheese and milk into garlic mixture. Cook about 1 minute, stirring constantly until smooth and hot throughout.
Spoon sauce over tenderloin pieces. Sprinkle with green onion pieces.
This is wonderful served with steamed, buttered green beans and a good bread!
