Fresh Fruit Salsa & Cinnamon Chips

Easter is this Sunday and I think this is a wonderful appetizer that everyone will enjoy.
You can of course substitute any fruits you like in the salsa, just keep the basic measurements the same. It's fresh, it's fruity and it's fantastic! Take a look...

2 kiwis, peeled and diced
2 Golden Delicious apples - peeled, cored and diced
8 ounces raspberries
8 ounces blueberries
1 pound strawberries
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons strawberry preserves
12 (10 inch) flour tortillas
melted butter
2 cups cinnamon sugar

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, apples, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar and preserves. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cut each tortilla into wedges. Dip each wedge into butter. Arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar.

Bake in the preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges. Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes. Serve with chilled fruit salsa.
