Shamrock Pie

Are you looking for a GREEN dessert to make for your family tomorrow night?? This wonderful pie simply could not be any easier. It's so easy in fact, that you may as well make 2 pies and take one to a neighbor, or friend. Really, it's THAT easy I tell you. See for yourself!

Shamrock Pie



14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
Couple drops green food coloring, if desired
8 ounces whipped cream
1-6 ounce ready to use graham cracker pie crust
Grated lime peel, for garnish, if desired

Beat milk, lime juice & food coloring in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and thickened. Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon the lime mixture into pie crust. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until fully set. Garnish with lime peel, if desired.
Cover and refrigerate any leftover pie.
