Ham & Apple Sandwich

1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon dill weed
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon lemon juice
4 slices bread or 2 rolls
4 thin slices deli turkey
1/2 cup thinly sliced peeled tart apple
4 slices Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
4 thin slices deli ham
2 lettuce leaves
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
In a small bowl, grind the tarragon, thyme and dill until mixture becomes a fine powder. Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Spread on two slices of bread or on roll. Layer each with turkey, apple, cheese, ham and lettuce. Spread mustard on remaining bread; place over lettuce. makes 2 servings
Turkey Wraps

2 whole wheat tortillas (8 inches), room temperature
4 teaspoons honey mustard
6 ounces thinly sliced deli turkey
2 thin slices Muenster cheese
1 cup fresh baby spinach
1 medium carrot, shredded
1 bacon strip, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup chopped seeded cucumber
1/4 cup chopped roasted sweet red pepper
Spread tortillas with mustard. Layer each with turkey, cheese, spinach, carrot, bacon, cucumber and red pepper; roll up tightly. makes 2 servings
Hawaii 5-0 Sandwiches

1 small package (4.4 ounces) Hawaiian sweet rolls
1 tablespoon ranch salad dressing
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 slices deli ham
4 slices hard salami
2 slices deli turkey
Leaving the rolls attached, cut in half horizontally; remove top. Spread ranch dressing over cut side of top; spread mustard over cut side of bottom. Layer with ham, salami and turkey; replace top. Cut into four sandwiches. makes 2 servings
