You can prepare it well in advance and it actually tastes better when the fruit flavors have had a chance to combine at least overnight.
See for yourself, it's the ideal SUPER BOWL SUNDAY beverage. Make much more than you think you'll need, it goes quickly and keeps well in the refrigerator for about a week.

2 oranges
2 lemons
2 limes
8 cups dry white wine
3 Tablespoons honey
1 cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup halved, seedless grapes
1 cups sliced, hulled strawberries
1 quart Ginger Ale
Ice cubes
Cut 1 orange, 1 lemon and 1 lime in half. Slice one half of each for garnish. Wrap and refrigerate. Squeeze juice from remaining oranges, lemons, and limes. Combine juices, wine, honey, cinnamon, grapes and berries in a large glass pitcher or bowl. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Just before serving gently stir in ginger ale. Add reserved fruit slices. Ladle over ice in glasses.
*You can double or triple this recipe easily.
This sangria tastes on a whole new flavor using your favorite red wine and doubling the honey--everything else stays the same. Delicious either way. Try BOTH!
