You can buy the little chocolate shells at your local party store, or at World Market, maybe even some grocery stores. They're great to keep on hand for throwing together dessert in no time flat.
I put a medium size squirt of real whipped cream into the bottom of a shell...
...topped it with two small scoops of ice cream--I used mint chocolate chip, and then sprinkled with crushed Oreos. Girl Scout Thin Mints would've been ideal, but the Oreo's were very well received. Everyone devoured theirs and suggested we have them again...as soon as possible.
