I love to have some decent meals in the freezer for busy nights when I don't have time to cook from scratch.
Recently I sampled Macaroni Grill's Chicken Florentine at COSTCO and loved it. I promptly snatched up a couple of bags to take home.
It's super simple to prepare. Just toss the contents of the bag into a deep skillet with a little milk and stir to mix.
By the time your garlic bread has broiled, this meal is ready. I serve it with a tossed green salad and sliced tomatoes. Delicious.
One bag serves 5 and at just over $10, I consider this to be a great value meal.
