Country Bob's Rice & Pork

Our friend, Country Bob has an amazingly good all-purpose sauce that he generously offers full size free samples of. If you try it, you too will be hooked. I promise.

This is one of my favorite recipes of Bob's.
It's so good and everyone enjoys it--see for yourself!~

2 pounds pork stew meat
1 green pepper
1 onion
2 Tablespoons butter
4 cups quick cooking rice
4 cups water
28 oz. canned peaches
2 cups Country Bob's all purpose sauce
salt & pepper to taste

Cut pork into small cubes. Chop pepper and onion. Cook pork and vegetables in butter in a large skillet until browned on all sides.
Stir in rice and water, bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until rice is done.
Drain the peaches and cut into bite size pieces. Reserve juice.
Add peaches, peach juice and Bob's sauce to the pork mixture, stir to combine. Heat until warm throughout, and season with salt & pepper.
