Rob's BBQ Pork Sandwiches

I grew up in Iowa. We know pork there! This BBQ sandwich is always a major success and it's so simple you won't believe it. Buy the freshest buns possible and pile this savory pork high. You're going to love it.

1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
3 to 4 pounds boneless pork ribs
18 ounces of your favorite barbeque sauce
Fresh buns
Pickles & potato salad--if desired

Pour can of beef broth into slow cooker, and add boneless pork ribs. Cook on High heat for 4 hours, or until meat shreds easily. Remove meat, and shred with two forks. It will seem that it's not working right away, but it will. Keep shredding.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Transfer the shredded pork to a covered Dutch oven or oven safe covered casserole, and stir in barbeque sauce.
Bake in the preheated oven for about an hour. Serve on fresh buns.
