Greek Bloody Mary

I love a good Bloody Mary, and the Greek Seasonings perfectly compliment the flavor of this cocktail. You can make it without the vodka and it's still pretty tasty.

4 cups tomato juice
8 ounces vodka
Several drops of hot sauce or TAPITIA
1 teaspoon Johnny’s Au Jus concentrate or Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon horseradish sauce
1 teaspoon CAVENDER GREEK SEASONING or salt & pepper to taste
1 lemon, cut into quarters
2 celery stalks, trimmed & cut in half lengthwise*

Combine: tomato juice, vodka, hot sauce, Johnny’s sauce, horseradish & Greek seasonings. Taste and season for additional hotness if desired.
Fill 2 glasses with ice and add the liquid. Squeeze some lemon into each glass, drop in lemon wedge and stir with celery stalk. Serve with celery stalk in glass.

*The drinks look extra pretty if you leave some of the leafy stuff on the celery stalk when serving.
